Sub-processors

This page lists the sub-processors Pacunex uses to provide the service. Sub-processors process personal data under our instructions and with contractual clauses ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by Ecuador’s LOPDP.

Any addition or material change is announced with at least thirty days of advance notice. When Pacunex acts as Processor, the Customer can object on reasoned grounds within that period.

Current list

Cloud infrastructure

• Amazon Web Services, Inc. — hosting, relational database, object storage, CDN. Primary region: US.

Messaging channel

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and official HSM templates. Global processing under Meta’s infrastructure.

AI models

• Anthropic PBC — Claude model via API. US.
• OpenAI L.L.C. — GPT models via API. US.
• Google LLC — Gemini models via Vertex AI. US / EU.

Transactional email

• Postmark / Resend — operational email delivery (notifications, account setup, password recovery). US.

Payment gateway

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing in foreign currency. US / global.
• Datafast / local provider — payments in Ecuador (where applicable).

Changes

This list is updated when a new sub-processor is added or an existing one is replaced. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Customers with an active subscription receive thirty-day advance notice.
